Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine  that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam  deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.
I know this is a no-duh for 90% of people reading it but for the sake of the rest lets revise what we all should know about online phishig. And before you go all:

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

It's really choppy and suuuuuper scribbly because I took like 30 seconds to draw each frame. Please fill in the gaps and gloss over the art with your wonderful imagination! I made it in Windows Movie Maker which is an absolutely evil program =o=

So..its about my newest OC,Kasumi,.of course,youre going to draw her~

Things to clarify:
 
A mage's abilities are:supernatural strength,able to cast magic spells,able to survive for a long period of time.
Her staff/rod appears when shes battling with someone.

You can draw her with her likes and dislikes,her casting spells or just her alone.

Nintendo STEALS Money!Since this has been going around lately, I should probably give my two cents. Basically what it amounts to is that Nintendo has filed Content ID info of their games with YouTube. What this means is that if you upload gameplay video of a Nintendo game, YouTube will automatically monetize that video, put ads on it, a link to where to buy the game, and take the money generated from that video and give it directly to Nintendo. People who do "let's play" videos are, naturally, pissed off because they want to be earning money off their videos, so they're calling Nintendo "thieves" for doing this.
I can see both sides to the story. I can see Nintendo as a corporation wanting to exercise control over their properties. On the other hand, "let's play" videos can often help new gamers find games they otherwise wouldn't have tried.
But here's the thing: Nintendo isn't the first company do this. Both Microsoft and Ubisoft do it already. YouTube has also had a long history of having music videos and

Gettin' so crafty it hurts

But it hurts so good!! All this warm weather makes me want to go buy a bolt of flowery fabric and make all the floofy skirts out of it. It also makes me want to go on walkabout and pick flowers from the ditch. And make muffins.

I've been working on that ever-so-hipst hexagon blanket like a mad woman. I want there to be progress to show if I get into the finals for the scholarship I entered it in. It's slow going, but just typing about it makes me want to go work on it some more. But alas, I have two more lectures to go to today. >.<

On the topic of hipster things, you will never guess what I purchased at the thrift store this weekend. Well...maybe you will. If you have been following me other places, you know that I have obsessively wanted an old Polaroid camera for quite some time now. Well, I finally got one! With my astounding investment of $2, I got a nice, working Polaroid One-Step with three pieces of ruined film in it. Needless to say, I need some film. Sadly is is oober expensive, considering it's not made anymore. So if any of you lovelies happens to have some old Polaroid 600 film lying around, I will gladly pay/crochet something for you in return!

I'm just really in luck when it comes to vintage machines lately! Those two antique sewing machines from the Sailor and now my Polaroid!! I must be blessed. Well, I am blessed. Vury. Vury. Blessed.

I sent off another Narwhal hat yesterday (to Canada!!) but I FORGOT TO TAKE PICTURES!!! It was a really cute one: white with a neon blue horn. Oh well, just imagine it. I also have a few derpy lil AFF (art for fun) drawings I did with some very fun inks I got for my b-day (no for real, I love that Sailor so much) that I will post eventually. If anybody is really dying to see more of my silly arts.

I agree!!! I hate paying full price for anything. Bargain shopping is a delightful curse.

I will have to post some more pics of it soon. It's sloooooooowwww going. For real. :) But I have half of the motifs done for the next round.

Oh, I laughed my ass off when I read the first paragraph of your journal. I feel that way too, except mine would read something like: The beautiful weather makes me want to go outside and camp and crochet wonderful things for all my friends and bake lovely tarts and pastries. And raise chickens. :XD:

Unfortunately school has been keeping me busy. I plan on finishing some yoga socks someone ordered today before the... stuff starts hitting the fan with school again. :lol:

Ohhh my goodness I love camping. And chickens!!!! I will have to write a blog sometime about my sad saga about raising chickens. I always wanted them...

School has a way of doing that. I always joke about dropping out and crocheting forever more. I shall have to stalk your gallery to see those socks. I looove yoga socks. Crocheted?

Yep, crocheted but not posted yet. I think I will get that done tomorrow morning sometime? :lol: this weekend for sure! They were interesting to crochet, I've never really tried anything like that before! :dance: but they turned out nicely I think!

I need to raise chickens... then take them camping. HAHA! :excited:
